Viticulture: Vineyards are certified organic and farmed biodynamically. Grapes are hand harvested.
Vinification: Fermented 20 days in temperature controlled tanks with indigenous yeast. Very low doses of SO2 are added and the wine is bottled in March without filtration.
Aging: Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Notes: An annual favorite of Polanerites and customers alike, this provencal rose is classic pale pink/salmon in color with aromatics that are bright and clear. The Rolle give a raciness that keeps you coming back for more!
