Notes: Dark mahogany in color. Aromas of dried fruits, oak and raisins. The palate is smooth, well balanced, rich and complex with a very long finish.

The NV Isabela is a Cream Sherry produced as a blend of Oloroso made with Palomino and Pedro Ximénez at 17.5% alcohol and some 120 grams of residual sugar. It's a dark mahogany color with a nose of incense, spices, dates and raisins and a very sweet palate with flavors of sugar cane that are a little roasted. Valdespino belongs to Grupo Estévez, who ages and amazing 35,000 butts of sherry in their winery in the outskirts of Jerez.
